I was here with my sister and Fideo her 14 year old lab (and Bernadette his stuffed goose ) who had to be put down . This place was amazing ! They were so considerate and caring for our loss. I have never experienced anything like that. She even received a condolence card signed by the staff . They really made it a stress free experience. We highly recommend this place . A special Thank you to Austin for all his help and assurance during this difficult time .

Best care I’ve received for my fur babies! I was so nervous as I had never had an emergency before. Dr. Anna and Dr. Willbanks were both very thorough and explained everything. Carli was our technician and was so helpful. We will definitely be coming here for emergencies from now on!

I wish I knew about this place sooner. Everyone was so nice and my anxious dog loved everyone in there! She normally hides under the table at the vet and even when pretty sick she was happy to be there. All good people and very reasonably priced for emergencies.

My daughter and I had to bring in our eighteen year-old, beloved dog who had become gravely ill and was suffering. We interacted with four people here, including the vet, and all were so kind and caring to our dog and to us. It was such a hard time for us, but we felt support and love all around. They spoke to us with empathy and gave us clear explanations of options and recommendations. It is clear that the folks who work here do so because of a passion for animals and a heartfelt understanding of the incredible bond between people and their furry companions. We are so grateful.

My family and I were on a road trip to Fort Worth when my 15 year old dog suddenly became lethargic and confused. We brought him in, and he was quickly assessed and diagnosed. As we feared, he was very sick and needed to be euthanized. The staff (the front desk, the techs, and the vet) were all kind and compassionate, and really went above and beyond to help us. Our options, and the risks and benefits of each, were clearly explained to us. They made sure he was as comfortable as possible and let us spend as much time as we wanted with him, before and after the process. They also gave us some options for how to have his cremains returned to us, since we live out of town. The facility they partner with for cremation was also exceptional, and they completed the job faster than any other pet cremation service I've used in the past (including providing us a nose print, a a hair clipping, a paw print, and a cremation certificate). Financially, the entire experience was very competitively priced. Emergency vet care is always expensive, but this cost far less than other animal hospitals we have brought our pets to. No one wants to euthanize their animals, but the dignity and compassion they provided made a difficult experience a lot easier. I would absolutely being my pets here again.

I can’t thank the staff enough for the immediate care they provided for my Bella. Everyone from the receptionist, techs and veterinarian were amazing! While I was in a state of panic, they were compassionate and reassured me they were providing her the best care possible. My Bella is recovering and feeling better! Thank you to every staff member at this hospital 🩷🙏🏼🩷

Staff is wonderful. We have never been to an emergency vet so we had pretty low standards, but this morning, our pit vomited blood. The doctor, front desk, and vet assistant really helped ease my concerns and take this one step at a time to ensure we do only what we need to (while making sure he’s still healthy). The price is definitely more than our normal vet just because it’s an EMERGENCY vet. That is 100% normal. We arrived expecting to pay 2-3k and left only paying $750 for multiple exams/tests and medications. Thanks so much ❤️ Edit: after reading some of the reviews, I want to add something else. During our entire experience, we were never pressured to pay a large amount before any treatment. They asked lots of questions to pinpoint what the underlying problem may be and put together some options, BUT told us that she would like to put us in a room with the doctor to discuss specifics of each exam/procedure BEFORE worrying about the final cost. I didn’t think twice about it because this is exactly what every vet we’ve been so has done.The dr actually stated that she didn’t want us to feel pressured to spend lots of money and would rather sit down and talk about what was necessary and what could wait, considering that Chip was stable. After bloodwork and exam, we paid at the front. We were also told to bring him back within 24 hrs if symptoms continue or worsen and the exam fee would be waived. This took lots of weight off my shoulders. P.s: Our pit has lots of anxiety and is weary of people, but he was right up at the door when any of the staff left, waiting for them to come back. They were gentle and kind. They also accommodated for his anxiety and had us spend some time with him between diagnostics and exams to ensure he felt safe and comfortable. Didn’t even have to ask for that, they could have left him in a kennel and called it a day considering they were VERY busy. They chose to go the extra mile and we deeply appreciate that. My sweet Simba was so well taken care of here! Reception ladies were very sweet and welcoming offering my toddler snacks and toys ! Dr. Willbanks was very kind, assuring, and very informative! The whole staff was awesome! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for emergency’s, pricing wasn’t bad at all either.

Dr. Robertson and her staff were a blessing in a very hard time! My Gucci deteriorated pretty quickly. Dr. Robertson explained everything to me and my son in layman's terms. She and her staff were so very compassionate through everything. I made the decision to have Gucci put to peace, the hardest decision to make. But her quality of life would not be the same for this beautiful pup who blessed our lives for over 10 years. I think about her every day, and we are so blessed to have her in our lives and to have the compassion of Dr. Robertson and her staff!

I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here in an emergency. My dog, Ryder, ate part of a toy and ended up needing surgery. Stephanie greeted me right away, and then I was greeted by Steph who walked me through everything line by line, clearly explaining the costs and patiently answering all of my questions. I was able to see Ryder that night before Dr. G, Steph, and Adriene — his surgical team — performed his surgery. I am forever grateful for the care they provided and for getting Ryder back to feeling good as new. Another thank-you to Hope for taking such wonderful care of Ryder during his stay, with plenty of walks and love. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly treats your pet as if they were their own.
